Jacqueline Lampert didn’t just stumble into dog training, she built her life around it. What started as a college project raising guide dog puppies grew into a lifelong passion for helping people truly enjoy their life with their dogs. As a long time puppy raiser and service dog trainer, Jacqueline specializes in the puppy raising and socialization process. Whether it’s new puppy overwhelm, hopes of being able to enjoy walks in the neighborhood, visiting patios for coffee without embarrassment, or specialized training for service or therapy dog work, her training focuses on real life results so you can enjoy life with your dog.

Jacqueline understands how busy your schedule is, and how overwhelmed training can feel to do right. We want you to be able to love life with your dog, which is why CSDT focuses on a ‘done-for-you’ approach. Let us do the training in our done-for-you sessions, so you can enjoy the results in your everyday life.

Your dog is in expert hands when training with Jacqueline. Jacqueline has experience raising service dog puppies, a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut, and certifications from Karen Pryor Academy’s Dog Trainer Professional Program, Cooperative Paws Service Dog Coach, and Atlas Assistance Dogs Certified Trainer. She is committed to science based, positive reinforcement training, prioritizing the welfare of your dog to build real-world confidence.

As her passion project, Jacqueline founded and runs a non-profit focused on providing medical alert and response service dogs. Living with chronic illness and autoimmune challenges, Jacqueline understands the independence and peace of mind a skilled service dog can bring. With this, she also takes pride in helping clients owner-train their own service dogs!

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her expanding her own knowledge, presenting to businesses on service-dog laws and etiquette, or laughing with clients about their dogs’ latest antics.

Jacqueline and “Centre Stage,” the inspiration in CSDT’s name

“I have never worked with a dog trainer before and I was skeptical. But honestly, Jacqueline is AMAZING. She's very kind, very understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Jacqueline has taught me so many effective tips and techniques. I am very lucky to have met Jacqueline and I feel like my dog has also benefited in many ways too.”

The happiest girl you’ll ever meet. She adores parading with her toys, being cozy, long walks, scent work, and tagging along to horse shows as an honorary photographer with Jacqueline’s partner.

The partnership you’ve been hoping for starts here.
