Jacqueline and “Centre Stage,” the inspiration in CSDT’s name

Jacqueline Lampert

KPA-CTP, SDC, CPDT-KA, Atlas Assistance Dogs Certified Trainer

Jacqueline graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree of Animal Science. While initially going down the pre-veterinary path, she changed paths when she began raising service dogs and quickly realized her passion lies in training service dogs and working in disability advocacy.

Jacqueline holds certifications from Karen Pryor Academy, the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, Atlas Assistance Dogs, and Cooperative Paws Service Dog Coach program.

As someone with anaphylactic allergies, Jacqueline takes a special interest in allergen detection service dogs and specializes in medical scent based tasks, allergen alert, and hearing dogs as well as other task needs by request.

She is a huge proponent of continuing education and enjoys educating businesses on the laws and etiquette surrounding service dog teams

Chai Lampert

Demo dog, best girl, professional taste tester, and assistant trainer

Chai is a four year old, female, yellow Labrador Retriever that serves as Centre Stage’s demo dog, model, and professional taste tester for treats. Chai was initially raised through a guide dog program, though she decided guide dog work was not for her and was adopted back as a pet by Jacqueline.

She now spends her day as a demo dog, training assistant, co-puppy raiser, and adored pet. Chai enjoys scent work, agility, hikes, and showing off different tasks to clients!
